Contact and privacy

This website introduces Baan. Contact us to arrange an introduction or discuss joining a pilot.

Contact by email

The contact button opens your own email app with a draft message to info@baanapp.com. No email is sent until you send it yourself. The website does not store registration forms.

The information you choose to include in your message is used to respond to your question and discuss an introduction or pilot exploration. Share only the information needed for that purpose.

Questions about your data

Would you like to know which contact details were kept following your message, or have them corrected or removed? Please contact us.

How this page works

This website is hosted by STRATO. The hosting provider may process technical access data to operate and secure the website. No advertising, newsletter subscription or form service has been added. Your own email provider processes your message when you choose to send it.

Measuring website visits

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure website visits, traffic sources, pages, product previews and contact clicks. Google receives technical information about your browser and device. A contact click does not tell us whether you send an email. Email contents are not sent to Analytics.

Recognising organisations

With your separate permission, we use Leadfeeder for business visitor identification. Leadfeeder processes your IP address, pages visited, time of visit and technical browser information to match the network used to visit our website to an organisation where possible. This helps us understand which organisations are interested in Baan. A network match does not prove which employee visited. Automatic identification through submitted forms is disabled.

Your choice and withdrawing permission

Google Analytics and Leadfeeder load only after permission for the relevant purpose. Choose Accept all, Reject all or select your preferences under Choose individually. Closing with the cross or Escape key rejects both measurements. The website remains usable without them. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in our Google measurement code.

Use Cookie preferences at the bottom left of every page to change your choice or withdraw permission. Withdrawal stops new measurements for that purpose, removes the associated measurement cookies and reloads the page if needed. It does not automatically erase information already received. Contact info@baanapp.com with questions about your data.

Your cookie preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. After permission, Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_BQJDCXEMSR with a configured lifetime of up to 180 days. We also configure the Leadfeeder visitor cookie _lfa to last 180 days. Leadfeeder may additionally store consent and opt-out preferences. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Read both providers’ privacy information for processing, retention and international transfers.

An introductory conversation

Sending a message expresses interest. It does not commit you to a pilot or agreement. Participation, scope, effort, any costs and terms are discussed separately in advance.
