Offer standing or sawn timber
The proposed extension would bring standing or sawn timber lots together with relevant sale information: location, species, volume, quality, maps and felling or collection arrangements.
With pilot partners, we will establish what sellers should provide and what buyers need to assess a lot. Estimates and measured quantities should remain clearly distinguishable.
Invitation-only or public bidding
We want to explore two routes: a bidding round for invited buyers and a public auction. The aim is a transparent process with clear terms, a closing time and a traceable award decision.
We will develop bid visibility, invitations and sale completion with pilot partners. Timber cannot yet be listed or bid for through this website.

Can I auction timber through Baan now?
No. The auction portal is a future possibility. During the pilot we can discuss standing timber, sawn timber and the proposed bidding formats.
Which preparation can I explore in the pilot?
The app includes inventory records, tree-marking instructions, felling areas, felling work orders and revenue estimates. We can use these to walk through a concrete sale preparation.
